Dagbladet Børsen Selects SAXOTECH’s Editorial Content and Workflow Management System

SAXOTECH wins a major contract with the leading national Danish business newspaper Børsen for delivery of a new editorial solution

Aalborg, Denmark - March 7, 2006 - SAXOTECH, a leading software development and systems implementation company exclusively serving the media industry, today announced that Dagbladet Børsen has selected SAXOTECH EditorialTM for its new editorial content and workflow management software solution.

Børsen is Denmark's leading daily business newspaper and has managed significant growth in circulation with more than 50 percent growth over the past six years. The implementation of SAXOTECH Editorial will provide a centralized workflow management system for the newspaper's 60 editorial users who will rely on the solution for planning and production. In addition, the contract includes an upgrade of SAXOTECH's archive solution which has been used by Børsen for a number of years.

"Børsen looks forward to having its workflow optimized and streamlined, just like the use of SAXOTECH's planning system will support the personal planning as well as planning across the departments," said Bent Sørensen, chief editor, Dagbladet Børsen.

Børsen will leverage the high efficiency of the SAXOTECH solution to advance its position as the business community's global, national and regional newspaper. Internationally, Børsen has its own correspondents in Brussels, London, New York, Oslo, Paris, and Shanghai.

The system will help Børsen with its goal to deliver news, information, and knowledge at the time, the place, and through the media that the reader might want.

"Børsen is very dedicated to reaching their business goal of being Denmark's leading supplier of business information - regardless of form and medium - a strategy they are carrying out with great success," said Glenn A. Andersen, director, SAXOTECH. "We are looking forward to working closely together with this visionary media house."

Børsen expects to implement SAXOTECH Editorial during the fall of 2006.
