TAMPA, Fla. – August 10, 2009 – SAXOTECH announced today the Omaha World-Herald (Omaha, Nebraska), publisher of both morning and evening print products and www.omaha.com, is the latest media company to deploy the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center. The World-Herald is now live with new technology by SAXOTECH that provides an enterprise content management system for both print and digital channels.

With the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center, the World-Herald now has the single platform they need to produce multi-media content for online and mobile digital products for its' five daily editions, metro zoned product and numerous niche publications.


Utilizing the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center, the entire news organization is now working together in one system to plan, produce and publish content for multiple channels creating a highly collaborative production environment. In addition, the World-Herald now has the ability to efficiently share content between both print and digital channels, drastically increasing efficiency and production speed.
