With the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center, Media Group Magdeburg now has the single platform they need to produce its daily newspaper, Volksstimme, published in 18 local editions: Magdeburg, Burg, Gardelegen, Genthin, Halberstadt, Haldensleben, Havelberg, Klötze, Oschersleben, Osterburg, Salzwedel, Schönebeck, Stassfurt, Stendal, Wanzleben, Wernigerode, Wolmirstedt and Zerbst. The SAXOTECH Mediaware Center is also used for Media Group Magdeburg's weekly newspaper, General-Anzeiger Wednesday and Sunday.
The SAXOTECH Mediaware Center's feature-rich content management and production platform provides the Media Group Magdeburg real-time visibility to the latest version of every production page and its elements across all of its print products. A centralized resource and workflow management system gives more than 250 content producers and editors the ability to plan stories and manage content based on resource availability, allowing all contributors to be more efficient and productive.
