Tampa, Fla., March 22, 2010 – As one of the most comprehensive solution providers for content creation and channel management, SAXOTECH announced today the release of Version 6.6.0 of the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center. SAXOTECH will host daily demonstrations of the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center and its other publishing solutions at mediaXchange in Orlando, Fla., April 12–14, 2010, booth number 407.

The latest software release offers publishers the next round of features and maintenance updates to provide a complete content production solution with media tools critical to connecting readers with their existing communities. Version 6.6.0 introduces many innovative features including the new light editor and picture cropping functionality imbedded into the workbench to support a smooth Web-first workflow. The new URL asset feature is a flexible tool added to the existing SAXOTECH channel workflow that enables users to control content residing in third party databases such as Twitter and YouTube.  The latest Mediaware Center Web Client also gives the user the ability to connect to the SAXOTECH Mediaware Center from a browser running on a PC or a tablet.
