SAXoTECH Support Agreement (SSA) gives access to an optimum support on the SAXoTECH software modules available in SAXoTECH Publishing System.
SSA consists of 2 main parts:
- SAXoTECH Hotline
- SAXoTECH Software Update
Hotline gives you a right to the following services:
- Free hotline via telephone and e-mail.
- Free hotline via modem/ISDN link with dial-back.
Error correction at the Buyer's premises if the nature of the error makes it impossible to correct the error over the phone or via a modem. If the error is caused by an error in the SAXoTECH software, SAXoTECH will pay for this. If the error is caused by something else the costs for correcting it are to be debited in accordance with the SAXoTECH price list in force at the time in question. Other causes may be: Virus, errors in hardware, system software, other software, network, use, etc.
SAXoTECH Hotline services can be agreed for the period of time wanted by the Buyer and are offered at the following intervals:
Mon-Fri from 8.30 - 16.00
Mon-Fri from 6.00 - 20.00
All days of the week from 06.00 - 24.00
SAXoTECH Software Update
SAXoTECH Update Agreement is compulsory and gives you a right to receive new software revisions for free and new software versions at a discount (officially released versions).
The price for SAXoTECH Support Agreement depends on the period of time selected for Hotline and is calculated as a percentage of the software price in the price list in force at the time in question.
