Streamline Solicited Orders

Now more than ever is the time to automate workflow to maximize efficiency within your organization. SAXOTECH has developed an online self-service marketing tool that will reduce expenses, improve sales performance, and increase security of your customer's sensitive data. E-Solicitor provides an easy to use web portal that eliminates the labor-intensive tasks associated with processing solicited orders.

1) New orders acquired by solicitors (Kiosk, Crew, Carrier, and Telephone Sales) can be entered individually into a web page or uploaded en masse.

2) The order information is transferred via the Internet and automatically placed in an import batch that resides within the SAXOTECH Circulation system.

3) The order information is verified automatically against your custom business rules and flagged as "Good," "Rejected / No Edit," or "Allow Solicitor Update."

4) Orders flagged as "Good" can be posted incrementally by your administrator, resulting in the creation of a subscriber account and start transaction.

5) Orders that require correction are returned to solicitors to be fixed and resubmitted for processing.

The SAXOTECH application keeps track of the order status and provides order statistics to both management and solicitors.

Business Analytics extracts raw data from your circulation system and organizes it into multidimensional models that cover home delivery, draw, subscriber/carrier transactions, single-copy sales, retention, subscriber profiles, market development, and financial analyses.

The multidimensional data models permit easy point-and-click access to critical circulation information without IT staffers having to write custom reports. The data models are updated nightly from your circulation system and available to you each morning via an executive dashboard on your computer.
